Welcome to our charming three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located right on the beach on Payette Lake in the heart of McCall, Idaho! Our cozy condo is perfect for families or friends looking for a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring all that McCall has to offer.
Our condo features three bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed to ensure a good night's sleep after a day of adventure. The master bedroom has a California king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds with one full and one twin, making it perfect for kids or young adults. The second bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.
One of the best features of our condo is its location right on the lake, with a private beach for our guests to enjoy. Take a swim in the fresh, clear waters, relax on the beach, or bring your kayaks or paddleboards to get out on the water. Our complex also boasts a saltwater pool for those who prefer.
Located right in town, our condo is just a short stroll away from all the wonderful shops and restaurants. McCall is also a great destination for wilderness hikes, with plenty of trails to explore in the surrounding mountains. And if you're feeling adventurous, why not try river rafting or a guided fly-fishing trip on the nearby Salmon River?
In the winter, our condo is a great base for all kinds of winter activities. We are just a short drive from Brundage Mountain ski resort, where you can hit the slopes for some skiing or snowboarding. If you prefer something a little more low-key, try snowshoeing or cross-country skiing on the nearby trails.
After a day of adventure, come back to our cozy condo and relax in the comfortable living room, to watch the sunset from the balcony or enjoy movie night. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, which you can enjoy at the dining table or out on the balcony with stunning lake views.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.
CRYSTAL BEACH HOA RULES AND GUIDELINES:
- Guests must register with Crystal Beach Property Manager upon arrival.
- No pets.
- No smoking or vaping on-premises.
- Pool hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No glass in the pool enclosure. The Pool gates are to be closed and locked at all times. Do not remove patio furniture from the pool area or any patio area. Each unit is given its own gate code which guests will receive in a Welcome Email prior to arrival. Seasonal pool - typically open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- No open fires.
- No barbequing other than in provided barbeques.
- Quiet time is between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. As a courtesy to other owners please be mindful of noise levels during these hours.
- Trailers, RVs, campers, or commercial vehicles are NOT allowed to be parked in the parking lot. Long-term trailer storage is available through Mile High Marina or parking is available at the city trailer lot close to the boat ramp by Mile High Marina.
- No storage of items in the common areas of the condominium property, including but not limited to the enclaves between patios on the ground floor.
- No swimming suits, wet suits, life jackets, towels, or any other items are to be draped over the railings.
- Renters may not store their boat or watercraft in any of the moorage slips or dock spaces. Overnight moorage facilities are available at Mile High Marina.
- No storage of boats, jet skis or personal watercraft, swimming equipment, toys, or other items on the beach, dock/docks or jet ski ports. Offsite storage is available through Mile High Marina. Call ahead to check availability and make arrangements.
- Water recreational items are not provided. Renters can bring, or rent through shops in town, stand-up paddleboards, and kayaks and those can be stored in the provided racks.
- No more than 6 occupants.
- Do not rearrange the furniture.
- Renters’ guests (people other than those listed on the registration form) may not use the common area facilities including, but not limited to, the pool area, beach, or docks.
- Follow the above rules regarding the pool. Your code for the pool gate will be emailed prior to arrival.
- No fireworks on premises except in an area as may be provided in the parking lot on July 4th.
- Please do not apply spray sunscreen indoors.
- Do not remove window screens except as may be needed for emergency evacuation.

- Crystal Beach Property Manager will give guests the parking passes when they arrive. Guests will need to register with manager and provide your rental agreement and name and number for the primary contact

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we’ve provided a day’s worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we’re always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.

This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.
CRYSTAL BEACH HOA RULES AND GUIDELINES:
- Guests must register with Crystal Beach Property Manager upon arrival.
- No pets.
- No smoking or vaping on-premises.
- Pool hours are from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. No glass in the pool enclosure. The Pool gates are to be closed and locked at all times. Do not remove patio furniture from the pool area or any patio area. Each unit is given its own gate code which guests will receive in a Welcome Email prior to arrival. Seasonal pool - typically open Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- No open fires.
- No barbequing other than in provided barbeques.
- Quiet time is between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. As a courtesy to other owners please be mindful of noise levels during these hours.
- Trailers, RVs, campers, or commercial vehicles are NOT allowed to be parked in the parking lot. Long-term trailer storage is available through Mile High Marina or parking is available at the city trailer lot close to the boat ramp by Mile High Marina.
- No storage of items in the common areas of the condominium property, including but not limited to the enclaves between patios on the ground floor.
- No swimming suits, wet suits, life jackets, towels, or any other items are to be draped over the railings.
- Renters may not store their boat or watercraft in any of the moorage slips or dock spaces. Overnight moorage facilities are available at Mile High Marina.
- No storage of boats, jet skis or personal watercraft, swimming equipment, toys, or other items on the beach, dock/docks or jet ski ports. Offsite storage is available through Mile High Marina. Call ahead to check availability and make arrangements.
- Water recreational items are not provided. Renters can bring, or rent through shops in town, stand-up paddleboards, and kayaks and those can be stored in the provided racks.
- No more than 6 occupants.
- Do not rearrange the furniture.
- Renters’ guests (people other than those listed on the registration form) may not use the common area facilities including, but not limited to, the pool area, beach, or docks.
- Follow the above rules regarding the pool. Your code for the pool gate will be emailed prior to arrival.
- No fireworks on premises except in an area as may be provided in the parking lot on July 4th.
- Please do not apply spray sunscreen indoors.
- Do not remove window screens except as may be needed for emergency evacuation.
PARKING & PASSES:
- Crystal Beach Property Manager will give guests the parking passes when they arrive. Guests will need to register with manager and provide your rental agreement and name and number for the primary contact
- Crystal Beach Property Manager will provide a paper, disposable parking pass for two vehicles. This will have spaces to write in guest information, unit number, check-in, and check-out dates. Guests will leave them visible on the dash.
- Parking for 2 cars in the parking lot. Permits to hang from the rearview mirror. Permits must be placed in the vehicle and must be returned at checkout.
- Maximum 2 cars or pick up trucks
- There is absolutely no trailer parking of any kind.
DoneRight Management Vacation Rentals:
Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we’ve provided a day’s worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we’re always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
