The home has an elegant living area with a gas fireplace and big screen TV with plenty of comfortable seating for gathering friends and family. The open floor plan allows for easy access to the large dining room and spacious, well-stocked kitchen.

The downstairs guest suite has a queen bed, a twin over queen bunk bed with twin trundle, television, games, and fun loft space accessible via ladder. Guests in this bedroom have access to the full hallway bathroom. Downstairs bedroom number two has two twin beds and an attached full-size bath.

The second story features the master suite with a queen bed and an attached bath with Jacuzzi bathtub and private deck. The second upstairs bedroom has a king-sized bed with two pull-out twin trundles and a private, attached bath.

The home’s large driveway can easily accommodate multiple trailers, so make sure to bring your toys! Beyond being right on the golf course, the house is also only a five minute drive to either downtown McCall or Ponderosa State Park, where guests can enjoy cycling, hiking, and swimming.

Pricing reflects accommodations for 12 people. For reservations with more than 12 guests, an additional fee will be charged per guest per night up to 14 people.

This is a pet-friendly property pending pre-approval from DoneRight Management only. The pet fee is $25 per pet per night of the reservation. For pet approval and detailed guidelines, please contact DoneRight Management. 

There is no garage parking for guest use. 

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 11AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we’ve provided a day’s worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores. Our little guests are important too, and every home is equipped with a pack n’ play, highchair, and baby gate.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we’re always just a phone call away.

Our office is located at the corner of Park Street and 1st Street in McCall - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.

Property Manager Everyone was super. Property Loved the house. It was perfect for our needs. The only thing the house needs are some more big bowls. Also with the heat needs to have some fans.

Property Manager My experience was just by email. My emails were responded to in a timely and courteous manner. Property We had a couple of young children so it was great the floors were very clean and we could let the baby crawl around. The neighborhood was nice and it was a different experience staying off a golf course. The floor layout worked well for some separation between guests. The older child loved the loft area. I would recommend this property.

We discovered that the first unity we rented on line was insufficient for our needs. In four hours while we were in McCall the team provided an alternative that was wonderful and we changed the paperwork to this unit.

Beautiful, clean house, well-stocked with everything you need. Enough room to spread out: Nice HD-TV, big deck, & grill. Close to bike paths and Ponderosa State Park. Regular visits from deer & fox. We certainly enjoyed staying in this vacation home. It had everything we were looking for. Private but close to town and the lake. It was roomy and comfortable.

Additional (matching?) wine glasses would be great. The grill needed to be cleaned and another, or larger, table on the deck would be helpful. Overall, the house is wonderful and we would love to return.

Property Manager hey where available when I needed something made it possible to have an nice enjoyable stay with all of the necessities of being in your own home. Property Beautiful location, easy access to anything in McCall. Sleeps a lot of people and all of the bedrooms have their own bathroom.

Wonderful location, and working with the property managers was great. Owners partied in house unannounced previous night and really put the pressure on the cleaning crew, making our check-in late. They did reimburse with a small amount. At almost $400 per night the house could use some updates to appliances, small appliances, and bathrooms.
