Pilgrim Cove Basecamp

Pilgrim Cove Basecamp is a pet-friendly, 4-bedroom McCall cabin that sleeps 11. Built for two families, a group of friends, or a multi-generation trip. Vaulted wood ceilings, exposed beams and windows full of ponderosa pines give it a true mountain-cabin feel. A Ponderosa State Park trailhead and Payette Lake's Davis Beach is a mile away, and downtown McCall is a 6-minute drive.

Room to be together — and room to spread out
The home has two full living areas, so the whole crew can gather for dinner, board games and puzzles at the game table, then split off for naps and quiet reading. Three bedrooms are upstairs and a private two-room guest suite is on the main level, so two families can each claim their own space.

- Summer: swim and paddle Payette Lake, raft the Payette and Salmon Rivers, pick huckleberries
- Fall: golden larch and aspen on quiet trails, uncrowded hot springs, fall fishing
- Winter: ski Brundage Mountain (22 minutes) and Tamarack Resort, Nordic ski and snowshoe Ponderosa State Park's groomed trails, snowmobile the backcountry
- Spring: peak whitewater, morel hunting and wildflowers

A note on staying cool:
This is a true mountain home with no air conditioning — and at McCall's elevation, you rarely need it. Days are warm, but evenings cool off beautifully, and the home stays comfortable with cross-ventilation and pine shade.

This home has exterior surveillance that records motion and sound. Floodlight with security camera located above the garage door, facing the driveway and street.

This is a pet-friendly property, pending pre-approval from DoneRight Management only. The pet fee is $25 per pet per night of the reservation. For pet approval and detailed guidelines, please contact DoneRight Management. 

This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4-night stay. 

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space. 

All of our properties have self-check-in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check-in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival. 

NO parties or events are allowed at this property. 

Check-in is anytime after 4 PM. Check out is at 10 AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. 

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we’ve provided a day’s worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided, where required, is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, which is available at several local stores. 

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we’re always just a phone call away. 

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 10 am to 4:30 pm.
