Our luxury, elevator-accessed Park Street Penthouse East condo offers guests downtown McCall convenience and stunning views of Payette Lake and Brundage Mountain. Located just two blocks from McCall’s Legacy Park and beach, fine dining, coffee shops, the Marina, and the Manchester Ice & Event Centre – guests are within walking distance of everything they’ll need during their stay any time of the year. Farther afield, the property is only a ten-minute bike ride to Ponderosa State Park, where guests can enjoy trail riding, hiking, swimming, boating, or – during winter months – Nordic skiing and snowshoeing.

Park Street Penthouse East has an open floor plan with plenty of natural light and balcony access from the master bedroom and living room. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the McCall Winter Carnival or 4th of July celebrations from your own downtown perch! A well-outfitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances, prep island, and counter seating allows guests to chat up the cook and share in the fun of meal making! The dining alcove is warmly lit for an intimate dinner where you can enjoy the fireplace and slate hearth. The flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, video library, games, and toys are available for you and the kids to share and enjoy on a snowy day or after a long afternoon of hiking, boating, skiing, or snowmobiling!

The four bedroom, two bath home comfortably sleeps 12 guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a full over full bunk bed with an attached, full bath with a jetted bathtub, and balcony access. The bunk room is accessed through the master bedroom and has a twin over twin bunk bed and closing door for privacy. The two additional guest bedrooms each have queen-sized beds.

Things to Note:

There is parking permitted for one vehicle (first come first serve) in front of the building, plus a designated parking spot behind the building in the alleyway. For additional parking and trailers there is ample free public parking across the street. PLEASE NOTE: Parking lots are sometimes used for overload snow etc. and may be restricted to parking vehicles - Guests are responsible for reading signs regarding parking allowance on streets and in parking lots throughout McCall. Overnight street parking is not permitted in downtown McCall during winter months. 

The bunk room is accessed through the master bedroom – it has a closing door for privacy, but no hallway access.

This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

Also dont change the code before that time or it is impossible to pack the car. Loved the proximity to downtown.

Balcony was amazing for watching the fireworks across the lake; you just feel like you're on top of everything with that condo-it's amazing!!! I want to rent it every time I go to McCall.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the location being in the heart of town making it so easy to walk everywhere, yet there was not a lot of noise we were worried about. We were able to walk down to the boat dock in a few minutes, which we did to meet our rental boat, and the proximity to all the restaurants and shops made it so handy. The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay, and there was plenty of room for our three couples, but if you had children there were several extra bunkbeds. We will definitely remember the Park Street Penthouse East when coming to McCall in our future vacations.

Great location with a view of the lake from the living room and one bedroom. Very convenient and quiet location. Two sets of bunk beds in the master so you could sleep a big group. Comfy beds and very homelike - well equipped kitchen. Wifi never worked during our visit.

Perfect location!! Right in town and walking distance to everything. The apartment was bright and open. Comfortably fit 7 of us. I like that they had a key-less entry. Made check-in easy and everyone could come and go without having to share a key. Had to contact Done Right Vacation Rentals about a couple items at the apartment. They were quick to respond and came over same day to assist. Would definitely stay here again.

We were extremely excited to stay in the penthouse, but there were several disappointments that we could not overlook for the price. Pros: -Location. Directly across from My Father's Place (restaurant) and a five-minute walk from the lake. McCall has a one-block drag and it was in the very middle of that. -Number of beds as described. Cons: -Upon arrival to McCall, we were greeted with low temperatures outside, and almost matching temperatures inside the apartment. (48 degrees inside. It took two hours to warm the place up to 65 degrees). That is unacceptable. -The WIFI didn't work. We let the property manager know and she said: "Oh, they must just have a basic plan, like 2G or something." There is poor cell phone service in the condo's location, so beware. -The fireplace was broken and we were not informed. -We paid a $125 cleaning fee and were still expected to: wash and dry laundry, take the trash out, clean all surfaces, strip the beds, etc. -We were greeted with several notes upon arrival that things were not working: microwave and fireplace. -We were also greeted with several notes threatening to charge us more money "shall we not comply with rules." A few examples: not cleaning the apartment properly (we paid a large cleaning fee), not plugging cords back into the television, not turning the heat down to 50 degrees upon leaving, checking out past 11am. -I received over 20 emails and several calls from a property manager about signing a rental agreement. First off, AirBnb takes care of this and it seemed redundant. We had paid almost $1000 and were insured. It was completely ridiculous to demand another long-form contract. Overall, this place is extremely overpriced, sterile, and not as described. We, unfortunately, will not be staying here again.

You can't be in a better location than this. Also we were nervous about only having 2 bathrooms for a apartment that fit 12 but it worked out well. It would be perfect for 2 couples that wanted to put their kids all in one room and have private rooms themselves. It was a wonderful stay for our entire group.

Beautiful space with a wonderful view of the lake. Walking distance to everything and really great amenities especially for staying in and cooking. Only thing is they request you wash and dry linens if more than three beds are used. This wouldn’t have been an issue except for there is a strict 11 am checkout so we spent our last morning cleaning. Overall very enjoyable weekend and stay!

This is the most ideal place to stay in McCall! So close to everything, and incredibly convenient. Make sure to be incredibly careful where you park. We parked where we were told in the public parking lot and got a car towed when Airbnb designated us to park there.

The place was very nice and suited us perfectly with 5 adults and 2 kids. Walking distance to everything, which was great! We had to deal with a lot of construction nearby so parking of a trailer and boat was tough but we made it work. Would definitely recommend !

A super cute condo located in the heart of McCall with amazing views of the lake and mountains. The condo easily sleeps 9 and could squeeze in two more depending on adult versus kids combination. It was very easy to check-in and out of, and I the kitchen was extremely well-stocked. Would definitely rent it again!!!!

The good, the bad, and the ugly: Good: Location is great. Central to all of McCall such that it is completely walkable. HOWEVER, the central location is also super noisey. You are on the main street through town and the noise was constant. So much so that opening windows at night was not possible. Bad: The microwave is broken and rather than fix it, they put a label on the microwave to no use it and placed a 20 year old model on the countertop. Fix it! Ugly: This is listed as a 4 bedroom place. IT IS NOT 4 BEDROOMS. It is a THREE, 3, bedroom condo with a small twin bunk-bed IN THE MASTER BEDROOM CLOSET! This listing is an absolute lie. I would never have rented this place knowing it was three bedrooms, we needed 4, FOUR, real bedrooms. This is unconscionable. Four bedroom condos a stones throw away and still very central were the same price.

Great time for a group of guys checking out McCall. We rented a pontoon boat and explored the local brewery's. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants to be centrally located and enjoy McCall!

Our group of four adults and two pre-K kids had so much space to stretch out in this ginormous condo! Very clean and comfy. The location is the best part - you’re walking distance to just about everything: restaurants, cafes, a brewery, and a nice grocery store, not to mention the absolutely gorgeous Payette Lake and parks! We went for a hike in Ponderosa State Park, only a short drive from the condo. The gas fireplace was a nice touch.
