Stroll down the street to Mountain Java for a fragrant cup of morning coffee and watch the ospreys lakeside at Legacy Park where you’ll find McCall’s famous public beach and lovely promenade with bench seating. Sunsets at Legacy Park are a must where you can enjoy one of the best views for the July 4th and Winter Carnival fireworks shows! A couple minutes’ walk to downtown allows guests quick access to McCall’s fine dining, casual restaurants, and shops or to the Hotel McCall courtyard for wine tasting and bocce ball or to taste the latest micro brews at the Salmon River Brewery.

After a day of fun out and about, relax on the upstairs deck of the townhome and enjoy the alpine air and filtered lake view. Or cozy up by the fireplace on wintery evenings or cool summer mornings. This two-bedroom, two bath home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The master suite has a king bed, with queen-sized bed in the guest bedroom, and a twin over twin bunk bed in the bunk room – perfect for kids! The open floor plan upstairs makes it easy to keep the chef du jour company as they prepare a delicious meal in the bright, well-equipped kitchen.

Things to Note:

LANDSCAPING & CONSTRUCTION NOTICE (Added 5/13/20): There will be exterior construction and landscaping work being done on or around the property through summer of 2020. 

Parking is limited to the garage and single space in front of the garage ONLY. Larger vehicles may not fit in front of the garage as the space is small - larger vehicles will need to park in the nearby public parking lot off Mill Road.

This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 11AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

To start your vacation off right, we’ve provided a day’s worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores. Our little guests are important too, and every home is equipped with a pack n’ play, highchair, and baby gate.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we’re always just a phone call away.

Property Manager I did work with anyone. Everything was done online and through email. This was a great experience. Nothing seemed sketchy with the website or the property. Communication was great. This was the best vacation rental experience we have had. Property It was a nice, comfortable place and the location couldn't have been better. We walked everywhere. This was one of our best family vacations and the place was a big part of that.

Great location to town's amenities: boating, beach, farmers market, etc. property and landscaping well maintened. My unit had fresh paint, new carpet, well appointed kitchen. Only negatives: no tv in living room or master bedroom. Master bedding was tired and should be replaced.

Responsive to request/issue during stay. Location was great, two blocks from the marina. Though the home appeared to only be cleaned in certain areas (crunched up chips in the carpet, found Cheerios in the couch, various carpet stains, dirty used towels in bathroom and hair in tub that did not belong to us.) With some updating this home could be great! More rules listed inside the home vs the website was a little off putting but we enjoyed our stay for the most part.
