A charming, two level mountain roost, the Headquarter House is exactly what its name implies – your central headquarters to everything McCall! The house is only a short stroll to Payette Lake, the Marina and public boat launch, beaches, parks, golf course, and downtown McCall shopping, dining, and entertainment, making it the perfect home base any time of the year. Want to enjoy live theatre? No problem – the Alpine Playhouse is a five-minute walk away. Did we mention our local gem, Ponderosa State Park? Bring your bicycles or rent one in town – a five-minute ride will get you to the park and beyond where you can make the most of the Payette Lake peninsula beaches, trails, and vistas. You won’t have to drive far to enjoy Nordic or alpine skiing or boarding opportunities, and the backcountry access is nearby. 

Eight guests can relax comfortably with three bedrooms and three full size bathrooms. The master suite features a king size bed with attached bathroom and private balcony. There are two guest bedrooms – one with a queen bed and one bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds. There are hallway access guest bathrooms on each level. 

Fully equipped and efficient kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a dedicated dining area. Lower deck entry to the living space has lounge furniture and outdoor dining table. Grill masters will enjoy the propane BBQ for cooking up something special. Beautiful hardwood floors, historic photos and period finds have been lovingly incorporated into the charming decor depicting McCall’s yesteryear and all-season “recreation rich” traditions.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. 

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

Your worry-free, DoneRight Management vacation rental is equipped with linens, towels, toiletry items, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we’ve provided a day’s worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores. 

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we’re always just a phone call away. 

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
