Driving south from Cascade, at Highway 55 mile 106.9 turn west on Cabarton Road and follow it 1.7 miles to the bridge. Cabarton road is across from and just past the Clear Creek restaurant. The float is mild, class II-III+ rapids and ends in Howard`s Plunge at Smith`s Ferry.
Fun, casual, 9.5 mile float. Several beaches. Bring a beach lunch or dine at Cougar Mtn. Lodge.
Pack it in and pack it out please.

Kelly Brennan is the beloved daughter and namesake of this beautiful park. This not for profit accepts donations that keep this park FREE to the public. Home of the annual Payette River Games tournament, Kelly`s is a summer staple and place to be.

Location: E. Mill St. Cascade
Put in at the north end parking lot of Payette Lake. Miles of beautiful flatwater along the Payette River. Plenty of wildlife, sun and shade.
Bring your own boat or rent in town or onsite at the west side or North Beach - Stef is awesome!
Location: North Beach of Payette Lake, McCall
Put in at the Sports park at the west end. Float under Hwy. 55 bridge and takeout just before the Carbarton run put-in. Slow, sometimes shallow (scoot along). Lots of birds and other wildlife. Full sun so bring a hat.
Pack it in and pack it out.
